06/21/08: The Opera browser has been around for a while. It has always been fast and feature rich.
With version 9.5 Opera gains a beautiful, clean interface, and so far it's been rock solid. I am using it on Ubuntu Linux, but free versions should be available for all major operating systems.
While I use and respect all browsers, if you're stuck in the Microsoft Internet Explorer land, you owe it to yourself to try Opera. It will make more sense and give you easy access to features you won't find in IE. If you use FireFox, you'll find Opera easier on memory and noticeably faster.
