07/21/09: If you're a Microsoft Outlook user, and receive a lot of spam, give QuarantineMail a try. It is completely free, and used by businesses and individuals in quite a few countries. The add-in uses challenge/response mechanism for detecting spam, and it's quite effective. I've written this Outlook add-in many years ago, but customers love it and I keep improving it.
