Dr Kane is a pediatric dermatologist whose book on pedi skin lesions I have in my office! She also maintains an adult practice at the office above- I am not sure if she is at Belmont Medical Associates (725 Concord Ave Cambridge 617-864-8822). She has limited hours at any particular location, but that is true of any derm specialist!

I have been going to Dr. Granot for almost 10 years, and I have already recommended several friends to her as well! Dr. Granot's office is very comfortable, and her approach is warm and connected. She has ben very helpful in identifying rational goals and approaches toward achieving them. If your insurance works with Dr. Granot, I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Recently had an eye exam here -- Dr White gave me the option (for $39, not covered by my insurance, which he made clear) to take photographs of my eyeballs instead of the usual dilation thing (where you can't see well afterwards, and which, of course, would be covered by my insurance). Dr. Lamont is a first rate physician with 25 years experience, he is treating me for testicular cancer. he shoots from the hip, gives it to you straight and has a superb bedside manner. He and everyone in his office has made me feel very confident in a full recovery. I highly recommend him if you find your self in the need for a highly competent urologist.

Many providers to choose from, mostly female, but male residents available as well. All resident visits supervised by an attending physician. Of course, I am biased, as I am one of those attending physicians!  If anyone knows of babies, kids, or adolescents who need a pediatrician, and who are convenient to Boston, let me know! As another pediatrician at Tufts, I agree with Theresa that we have a personal and caring style that is unusual among academic practices.
